Workforces are highly international
Resourcing and talent practice has to work across many nationalities and contract types at once.
Six subjects that read like an HR department's actual remit — hiring, performance, relations, development — ending with an investigation into a live business problem. Judge this award by its subject list, not its description.
Note: Duration will be based on your experience and it can be advanced bachelors too which differs from prospects to prospects
Here is what gets studied: Contemporary HRM; Leading, Managing and HR Development; Resourcing, Talent Management and Development; Performance Management; Employee Relations; and Investigating a Business Issue from an HR Perspective. Anyone who has worked in a people function will recognise that spread. It maps onto how HR teams are usually structured, which is not something you can say about every award at this level.
The last of the six deserves separate mention. It asks you to take a genuine problem inside a business and work it through from a people angle, which turns the qualification into something you apply at your desk rather than only in an assessment. Across the whole Level 7 range offered here, no other award carries an applied investigation framed that way.
One hundred and twenty credits sit behind the title, all at Level 7, registered under 603/0722/5. Total qualification time is not published.
The sixth subject puts you inside a real business problem, examined from the people side.
Hiring, succession and development are treated as one connected subject rather than three separate chores.
Performance Management gets a dedicated subject, which is where most HR credibility is won or lost.
A separate subject on the relationship between employer and workforce, including where it goes wrong.
Leading, Managing and HR Development pushes the role past process and towards influence.
A first degree or Level 6 qualification is expected before you begin, so the cohort starts from a shared base.

No. Nothing on Qualifi's page claims CIPD accreditation, approval, exemption or membership, and we will not imply it on its behalf. The CIPD sets its own routes to Associate and Chartered membership, and only the CIPD can tell you whether anything you have studied counts towards them. The content here overlaps heavily with what CIPD-accredited study covers — resourcing, performance, employee relations, development — but overlap is not recognition. If chartership matters to your career plan, ask the CIPD before you enrol anywhere.
Qualifi publishes the subject title, Investigating a Business Issue from an HR Perspective, and no description of what sits inside it, so what follows reads the title rather than a syllabus. The shape of such a subject is normally recognisable: identify a real problem in an organisation, gather evidence about it, analyse what the people dimension contributes to it, and recommend something defensible. Your centre holds the assessment brief and the word count. Ask for both at the point of enquiry, because this subject will take the largest share of your effort.
We noticed the same thing and would rather point it out than hide it. The overview on the page is generic text about senior and middle managers needing awareness of specialist services, and it is reused on other qualifications in this family. It contains no reference to human resources. The HR substance of this award is in the six subject titles, which are specific and credible, so that is what we have built this page from. If a centre quotes you the generic paragraph as if it described the content, press for the subject descriptors instead.
Because Qualifi does not set them. The awarding body writes and regulates the qualification and issues the certificate; an approved centre delivers it, decides the schedule and charges the fee. Study time is not published for this award, so you have no official hours figure to test a centre's proposed timetable against. Two sensible questions at enquiry stage: when does the next cohort start and finish, and what does the total cost include once registration and certification are added?
Not according to what is published. The entry section lists two things and stops: a Level 6 qualification, or a first degree. Unlike several newer Qualifi awards at this level, there is no managerial experience route, no minimum age, no stated English language requirement and no paragraph about centres reviewing applications individually. Centres do apply their own admissions judgement in practice, so if you have long HR experience but no degree, the conversation to have is with the centre rather than with us.
Different things, despite the shared level. A master's degree is awarded by a university, usually involves supervised research and a longer taught element, and carries the title. This is a 120-credit Ofqual-regulated diploma awarded by Qualifi, delivered by a private centre, and it does not confer a degree. Where the two meet is the progression line Qualifi publishes, which suggests a dissertation can complete a master's at a UK university — a claim only the receiving university can confirm, so confirm it there.
