Programme Overview

About this Programme

Five core management courses come first, and they are genuinely core: transformational management, managerial economics, organisational behaviour, digital marketing, financial reporting. Then ten courses specific to sustainability and environmental management take over, moving from development economics and the international business environment through advanced microeconomics and macroeconomics to trade and finance. It is, in one year, the economic backbone that most sustainability certificates skip.

The delivery is asynchronous on Rushford's e-Campus, which sounds like a small detail until you have tried to study on a fixed timetable while holding a job in the Gulf. Fifteen courses of four ECTS each, research methodology and business analytics inside the leadership block, done in twelve months.

Rushford Business School, Switzerland, awards the degree. The timing is yours to manage, and the asynchronous format was designed assuming, correctly, that you have a job.

Why Choose

Why Choose This Programme?

01

A year, done

Sixty ECTS in twelve months. For professionals who need the credential before the next budget cycle, the timeline is the feature.

02

The economics are taken seriously here

Advanced microeconomics, macroeconomics, development economics. Sustainability with numbers attached, which is the version hiring managers actually interview you on.

03

The region is paying for this skill right now

The UAE committed AED 600 billion to clean energy through 2050 and set a target of 50,000 green jobs by 2030. The bottleneck in both is trained people.

04

A Swiss MSc without the relocation

All fifteen courses run on the e-Campus. Rushford Business School, Switzerland, awards the degree, and your address stays where it is.

05

Instalments in dirhams

Monthly AED payments, interest-free, agreed in writing before the programme starts.

06

Support that knows your name

One success coach across the year, and Sharjah-based advisors reachable on WhatsApp, which is how most questions actually arrive.

An internationally recognised pathway awarded by Rushford Business School .

Why GCC Students Choose This Programme

01

Study from where the transition is happening

Fully online, no visa, no career break. The Gulf energy transition is outside your window; the degree fits around the work you do inside it.

02

National targets create permanent demand

The UAE's net-zero plan commits AED 600 billion through 2050, and the national energy strategy targets 50,000 green jobs by 2030. Every year spent waiting for training is a year of standing still.

03

ESG reporting is now a compliance matter

Listed companies and funds in the Gulf face rising disclosure expectations, and the people who can produce credible ESG analysis are scarce enough to name individually.

04

Employers keep reporting the gap

Across the Gulf, employers keep reporting shortages of qualified candidates, and sustainability functions are among the newest and thinnest.

05

The twelve-month format respects seniority

Senior professionals cannot disappear for two years. One year, asynchronous, with the salary still arriving, is the arrangement that actually gets signed.

06

Economics gives the credential weight

The advanced economics content separates this MSc from shorter certificates, and it matters, because the roles involve budgets, policy, and people who check your numbers.
